The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the gym. This role involves managing front desk and gym operations, assisting with inquiries, and promoting our products and services. A strong background in retail sales and customer service is essential, along with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and addressing their needs. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Upsell products and services to enhance guest experience while maximizing revenue. Maintain an organized front desk area, including merchandising and stocking supplies. Provide product demos when necessary to inform guests about offerings. Address guest inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette. Supervise front desk operations as needed, ensuring smooth daily functions. Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is required; retail sales experience is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse guests. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. Knowledge of retail math concepts will be beneficial in managing sales transactions. Experience in a grocery store or similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
