As a Cashier at Mister O1 you will be serving all the guest coming to our restaurant. You will be the primary responsable for taking all take out orders, working with the Back of the House team to ensure product quality and order accuracy. Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the brand. All while maintaining our guest satisfaction as our center. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Operate Toast POS system to process orders and payments
• Ensure accuracy in order entry and payment processing for all take out orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier station
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
• Seat guests and answer any questions necessary
• Provide excellent guest service and address any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Ability to work well within a team Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods of time.
