Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items for customers
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products or services
• Process returns and exchanges
• Promote sales by offering additional products or services
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

Experience:

• Previous experience in a cashier or retail role preferred
• Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
• Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, technology sales, or technical sales is beneficial
• Knowledge of product demonstrations and the ability to effectively showcase product features

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
