$17 - $20/H +++TIPS Yalla Market is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Cashier / Front Counter Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and helping create a great experience for our customers. Responsibilities Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Process transactions using the POS system Manage Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other online delivery orders Ensure orders are prioritized correctly and delivered accurately Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable Maintain clean and stocked restrooms throughout the day Keep cutlery, napkin, and condiment stations fully stocked Restock market shelves and merchandise as needed Check product expiration dates and rotate inventory properly Refill and maintain dessert displays Answer phone calls & take phone orders Keep glass displays, windows, and customer-facing areas clean Assist customers with questions regarding menu items and products Work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure smooth operations Closing Duties Sweep and mop dining areas Clean and sanitize restrooms Restock stations and supplies for the next shift Ensure the restaurant and market are clean, organized, and ready for opening Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Restaurant, cashier, or retail experience is a plus but not required

Pay:
