We are looking for energetic, friendly, bubbly and hardworking individuals to join our team as Runners. This is not a position where you stand around waiting for food. We are looking for team members who enjoy staying busy, helping guests, and creating an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately to guests Greet guests and explain how our café ordering and seating process works Assist guests with water, silverware, sugars, condiments, and any other needs Bus and clean tables promptly Keep the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming Package to-go orders accurately Restock supplies throughout the day Help maintain restroom cleanliness Roll silverware and assist with side work Support the barista and kitchen teams as needed Maintain Glimmer's high standards of hospitality and cleanliness Smile and being bubbly with all customers What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and outgoing personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Team player mentality Attention to detail Ability to move with urgency and stay productive throughout the shift Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
