Breakfast preparer/Cashier

We serve up delicious breaksfast sandwiches, burritos (Egg, cheese,bacon, sausage, hashbrown, etc), subs and amazing coffee in Estero, FL from 6AM to 2PM. We are located inside of the

FOOD COURT

in the Marathon Gas station between Goodwill and Culvers on Corkscrew Road. www.nextstopbrunch.com We are looking for a part-time Breakfast Prep/Cashier starting 3 days per week: 2 days from 6 AM-2 PM (Weekday and Sundays) 1 day 7:30 to 11:30 (Weekday) For an avg of 22 hours per week, if a shift needs to be covered could make much more.

This Crew member/food prep will take orders in person/phone prepare breaksfast sandwiches (Egg, cheese,bacon, sausage, hashbrown, etc), subs, sides, and coffee following established recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist, accept payments, and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. We are a take-out concept, and our menu focuses on hand-held breakfast sandwiches and deli subs.

Duties:

• Ensure that all menu items ordered by guests are properly prepared, meeting the standard of food delivery within 5 - 8 minutes of the order. .
• Take orders and payments with an amazing level of service being in charge of the drawer when solo shifts.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation levels, and safety of the kitchen.
• Help keep the kitchen properly stocked, prepared, and organized with food items.
• Perform open and end-of-shift clean up responsibilities. Payment Base 14 per hour + card/cash tips = Average $18-20 per hour or more in busy days! Requirements
• Must be 18 years or more!
• Preparing/Cooking experience: 2 years (Required)
• Weekend Availability Required
• Must have reliable transportation and a cellphone Qualifications
• Effective communication skills.
• Lifts moderate to heavy weights on an occasional basis
• Serve safe food handler Certificate
• Amazing customer service skills .

Bilingual Spanish is a Plus!
