Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in Russian and English, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity Assist customers with product demos, upselling items, and providing product information to enhance their purchase decisions Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is inviting and well-presented Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management through stock checks and merchandising tasks to ensure product availability Qualifications Fluent in Russian and English, with strong bilingual communication skills Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions Excellent customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a grocery store or retail environment Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with customers effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and performing sales calculations Knowledge of grocery store operations including stocking, merchandising, and product demos is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
