Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders in a timely manner Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash handling Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately while balancing cash register drawers at shift end Prepare simple food items following food safety standards and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment, counters, and dining areas Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Manage customer orders efficiently using food handling techniques and food service customer order management systems Skills Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash register operations experience is essential Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for processing transactions and giving accurate change Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management to handle multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and cashiering within the food industry or grocery stores is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your dedication makes a difference!
