Ice Cream Swirler & Scooper/Cashier Carvel Ice Cream Fort Myers, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $14 - $15 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Serving Retail customer service procedures ServSafe Customer service Packaging Cake decorating Food industry Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Some of the main responsibilities of an ice cream scooper in our shop are to greet the customers, process orders, scoop the ice cream, serve the guests in a friendly and professional manner, and operate the cash register. This job requires good customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle and serve ice cream in a clean and efficient manner. Other responsibilities may include maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment, taking and ringing up orders, and restocking supplies. Serving and recommending ice cream. Preparation of waffles, waffle cones and drinks. Maintenance and cleaning of shop. Must be able to commit a minimum of 15 hours weekly, inclusive of weekend shifts.
