Spanish speaking is required because you will regularly communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and employees. Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately in Spanish and English.
• Operate the cash register and POS system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other payments accurately.
• Answer phone calls and take to-go orders.
• Confirm orders before giving them to customers.
• Package orders and make sure all required sides, garnishes, sauces, and tortillas are included.
• Communicate orders and customer requests clearly with kitchen staff.
• Assist customers with questions about menu items and prices.
• Keep the register, front counter, dining area, and drink station clean and organized.
• Restock napkins, utensils, sauces, cups, drinks, and other front-counter supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Help other team members when needed. Requirements
• Must be able to speak Spanish.
• English and Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Basic math and money-handling skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
• Able to work well with others.
• Previous cashier or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to learn our menu and restaurant procedures.
