Job Description

Sales & Customer Service Customer Education:
Guide customers in choosing tobacco products, vapes, glassware, and accessories by explaining features and usage.
Transactions:
Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and debit payments.
Upselling:
Recommend related items, special promotions, or new arrivals to enhance the customer experience.
Legal Compliance & Security Age Verification:
Strictly check government-issued IDs to verify that customers meet legal age requirements for tobacco and alternative nicotine products.
Security:
Maintain awareness of store security, prevent theft, and secure the cash drawer throughout the shift.
Store Maintenance & Inventory Restocking:
Continuously replenish shelves, coolers, and display cases with products from the stockroom.
Cleanliness:
Sanitize counters and glass displays, sweep/mop floors, and tidy the overall shop.
Inventory Tracking:
Inform management of low-stock items or discrepancies in product counts.
