Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card payments, and giving correct change Manage food service customer orders with precision, ensuring proper food preparation and timely delivery Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food prep areas, counters, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely when assisting with food preparation or handling food items as needed Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health regulations and safety standards Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong food preparation skills and knowledge of food safety standards are desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with food industry operations, including serving, cashiering, and food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace at all times Retail sales experience or grocery store background is a plus but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to providing top-notch service while developing your skills in the vibrant food industry.
