Looking for a few human beings that actually enjoy interacting kindly with other human beings and understand that a cell phone does not pay your salary :) This is a happy group of employees and we are looking to add to our happy human supply! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs to ensure a positive experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions Handle all cash handling duties with precision, including balancing registers at shift end Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Skills Greet all customers with a warm smile when they enter Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in a retail or grocery store environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, pricing, and inventory counts Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos to enhance sales opportunities Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong communication skills for engaging customers professionally proactive and let our guest know of all the great things we sell

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
