In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions and preparing fresh, delicious juices. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with a positive attitude and provide excellent guest services throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages following company recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and juice preparation area Answer guest inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options with clear communication skills Manage phone etiquette when taking orders or assisting customers remotely Assist with restocking supplies, handling cash, and balancing registers at the end of each shift Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess, in food service, or in a restaurant environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to ensure positive guest interactions Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting Passion for healthy food options, beverages, and creating a lively guest experience Join us if you're motivated to deliver memorable guest experiences through vibrant service and fresh juice creations!
