We're hiring friendly, dependable Team Members to make every guest's visit a little brighter. If you love working with people, moving fast, and being part of a fun, upbeat crew, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Guest Experience Greet every guest with a smile, walk new visitors through how self-serve works, and answer questions about flavors, toppings, allergens, and dietary options. Run the register efficiently — weigh cups, process payments accurately, and invite guests to join the Swirl Club loyalty program. Keep the front of house moving during rushes while staying friendly, patient, and accurate. Product & Food Prep Restock the topping bar, and monitor levels throughout your shift so guests never see an empty bin. Prep fresh fruit, re make waffle products, and assist shift leads in other tasks. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and labeling standards — including proper dating, storage, and handwashing procedures. Cleanliness & Store Upkeep Keep the store sparkling — Clean and wipe down the topping bar between guests, sweep and mop floors, clean restrooms, take out trash, and wash dishes. Clean and sanitize front of house, equipment, and prep surfaces and perform other tasks according to daily and weekly checklists. Maintain a tidy, welcoming dining area and exterior entrance throughout your shift. Teamwork & Shift Support Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to work; communicate clearly with shift leads and fellow team members. Help with opening and closing tasks as assigned — restocking, sanitizing, and prepping the store for the next shift. Be ready to pitch in wherever needed — and yes, occasionally wear the Menchie's mascot costume for events and promotions! What We're Looking For Required A friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in making guests' day. Dependable, on-time, and self-motivated — willing to stay busy and take initiative without being asked. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for entire shifts, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a walk-in freezer and cooler; authorized to work in the U.S. Nice to Have Prior customer service, cashier, food service, or QSR experience. Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire — we'll support you). Bilingual (English/Spanish).
