Our Front of House team is the face of that experience, setting the tone for every guest interaction.

Position Summary:

As a Front of House / Customer Service Associate, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You create a warm welcome, guide guests through our menu, and ensure a clean, efficient, and memorable experience. Whether it's making Cuban coffee, assembling takeout orders, or sharing our favorite dishes — you are a key part of what makes Box of Cubans feel like home.

Key Responsibilities:



Guest Experience:

Greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor; create a positive and efficient order experience 

Menu Knowledge:

Confidently guide guests through the menu and daily specials; upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction 

Coffee & Beverage Service:

Prepare and serve Cuban coffee and other beverages according to company standards 

Order Handling:

Accurately take dine-in and takeout orders using POS system; confirm packaging and presentation of orders 

Cleanliness & Presentation:

Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas including dining area, beverage station, and restrooms 

Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations 

Customer Resolution:

Handle guest concerns with professionalism, patience, and problem-solving ability 

Cultural Representation:

Embody and express the pride and vibrancy of Cuban culture in every guest interaction

Requirements:
