Role:
Join our dynamic team at La Hacienda Fresh Market Inc as a Bilingual Cashier! If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and fluent in both English and Spanish, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the register. Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. Assist customers with inquiries and product information. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely. Collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience. Support special promotions and sales initiatives. Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Previous cashier or retail experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends. Positive attitude and a team player. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
