Job Overview We offer a very competing wage of $13 per hour plus tips (creating an average hourly wage of $18-30 per hour).We are seeking several motivated and friendly Customer Service Associates/ Cashiers to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our bakery, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience by assisting customers with their needs, managing the cash register, having knowledge of food/beverages, keeping facilities clean, and maintaining the store's stock levels. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately using POS systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Learn the art of upselling by being knowledgeable about our products Maintain an organized and stocked checkout area, ensuring products are readily available for customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store environment. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in store operations or stock management is advantageous but not required.
