Duties Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions efficiently. Handle cash drawer operations with precision, including cash handling, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, assisting with product demos, and offering upselling opportunities to enhance sales. Maintain knowledge of store products and merchandising to inform customers and promote featured items effectively. Stock shelves, organize displays, and assist with inventory management to ensure the store remains inviting and well-organized. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support team members by supervising or assisting with product demos and providing bilingual support when needed to serve diverse customers. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous. Supervising experience in a retail environment is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to guide team members.
