Duties Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end. Assist customers with serving, bagging, and item recall to elevate their dining experience. Maintain clean and organized work stations, restock supplies, and ensure proper food handling standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by warmly greeting customers, quickly preparing and delivering their orders, and smoothly navigating between transactions and answering any longstanding queries. Work with a team of fellow members to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment. Promote a positive dining environment by demonstrating strong communication skills and friendly demeanor. Requirements Previous cashiering experience in a restaurant, fast food, or retail setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with sale transactions and customer service rules would be a major benefit. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer backgrounds. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work in a team setting and contribute to different rules.
