Located conveniently off Highway 20! We offer a flexible schedule, employee discount, and more. This is a perfect opening for anyone looking to supplement their income. Duties Operate the cash register and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately during retail sales transactions. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product questions, offering product demos, and upselling items to enhance their experience. Handle cash drawer operations with precision, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling sales at shift end. Stock shelves and organize products to maintain an appealing and well-merchandised store environment. Engage customers using effective communication skills and phone etiquette, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Stock front area and register area of store including small shelves and coolers Search inventory via our POS system Qualifications Prior experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising practices, and stock management is preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays confidently. Must be eligible to hold a Forsyth County Alcohol Serving Permit.
