We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and dependable Cashier / Service Counter Team Member to serve as our primary point of contact. In our fast-paced restaurant, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience through efficient service, genuine hospitality, and positive energy. Shift & Availability Requirements (Read Carefully) To keep our mornings running smoothly and support the broader team, we have specific scheduling needs for this role: Primary Focus (Weekday Openings): Candidates must have consistent, reliable availability to work morning/opening shifts throughout the week (Monday through Friday) . This involves setting up the front-of-house, prepping the register, and welcoming our first guests of the day. Secondary Flexibility (Occasional Closings & Weekends): While mornings are your primary focus, you must have the flexibility to occasionally work a closing shift or assist on the weekend as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities Guest Engagement:

Greet customers with warmth, share the Aloha spirit, and handle all inquiries with a positive, helpful attitude.

Order & Cash Management:

Accurately take customer orders, process cash and card payments efficiently, and maintain precise register records.

Service Excellence:

Pack orders carefully and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and timely dining experience from start to finish.

Marketing & Promotions:

Actively champion in-store marketing initiatives, promotions, and menu specials to guests.

Food Prep & Safety:

Assist with basic food assembly and packaging while strictly following food safety and sanitation standards.

Front-of-House Pride:

Maintain a spotless, clean, and fully stocked service counter and dining area.

Team Collaboration:

Partner closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations in a high-energy environment. What You Bring (Qualifications)

Basic Math Skills:

Comfort handling cash transactions and performing basic retail math.
