Team Leader - Mornings Smoothie King - 3.5 Johns Creek, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $13.50 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Paid training Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Team leadership Leading team collaboration initiatives General management Full Job Description The Team Leader - Mornings will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies, bowls, toast and other food items that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! Our Team Leader will also provide guidance to Team Members while being responsible for, and maintaining a clean, safe and customer friendly atmosphere. The successful Team Leader will be passionate about maintaining an extremely clean store environment while demonstrating a strong sense of organizational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Prepping store for daily opening a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the actual opening times. Organizing daily food preparation needs (to be assigned to Team Members). Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids per Smoothie King's specifications. Monitoring Inventory needs and communicating potential and current shortages with the store General Manager. Continuously assign cleaning tasks to Team Members during down times to ensure complete maintenance of a clean store environment. Participates fully in helping to maintain an absolute clean and neat store environment. Assists (when necessary), with training of new hires to ensure standardization of work. Ensure that smoothies are properly and fully blended; bowls and toasts are beautiful in appearance as illustrated. Ensures each customer's purpose is met when smoothies or food items are ordered. Greets and engages all Guests to provide a friendly experience. Performs store checklist tasks to include hourly walk-arounds to ensure dining, mixing and storage as well as rest rooms remain pristine clean. Completes all video training modules beginning with Team Captain Fundamentals and all other training requirements as they periodically arise. Promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts. Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
Essential Functions:
At least 1 year of experience leading teams. Leading teams in a customer service or food related industries would be a plus, but not exactly required. General knowledgeable of Point-of-Sale (POS) functionality would be a plus, but not required. Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback. Must be extremely reliable, customer-friendly and organized. Smoothie King has grown to include over 1,100 units operating in 33 states, the Caymans, Trinidad, and the Republic of Korea.
