Qualifications Proven experience in food Handling and customer service within a restaurant environment Able to effectively multi-task and keep track of multiple food items in multiple orders Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and sending food back to the kitchen. Ability to read a KDS (Kitchen Display System) and checking the kitchen is handing out the correct items for the correct orders. Being able to prioritize tickets in order needed. General background in the food industry. Experience in catering and plating. Following food safety regulations.
