We know people want to grow and build something for themselves — that's a good thing, and we support it. What we're not looking for is someone who'll be gone in three or six months. Responsibilities Running the register and handling cash accurately on every transaction Stocking, organizing, and resetting the floor between rushes Helping customers find what they need — most of our customers speak Spanish, many speak English, you'll need to handle both every shift Keeping the store clean and shoppable throughout your shift, not just at closing Noticing what needs to be done without being told — a messy aisle, a confused customer, a price tag missing Working as part of a small team where everyone pulls their weight What we offer $14/hour to start, with a real raise tied to your 90-day and 6-month reviews Monthly written performance reviews so you always know where you stand — no surprises Stable schedule, predictable hours, no last-minute changes A small team where your work is seen — you are not a number here Real room to grow. Requirements — non-negotiable Must be 21 years of age or older (required for our store — no exceptions) Must have a reliable personal vehicle (not a ride from someone else, not public transit only) Must have a valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to speak conversational English AND conversational Spanish — both are required, every shift, not a bonus Must have stayed at at least one previous job for one year or longer (we will ask about this and we will call your references) Must have a clean background — no prior criminal record or pending legal issues.
