Contract Position Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, and supper operations, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Normal dining facility operating coverage may include weekdays from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and weekends and holidays from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Place of Performance NCO Academy Dining Facility, Building 6056 Schofield Barracks, Hawaii Period of Performance Operations are anticipated to begin on December 1, 2026, following a phase-in period during November 2026. The contract may continue for up to five years, subject to contract award, task orders, and continued Government requirements. Summary The Cashier or Headcount Clerk will verify customer eligibility, record meals served, process authorized payments, and maintain accurate meal, headcount, and cash-accountability records. Requirements Previous cashier, customer-service, administrative, or headcount experience preferred Basic math and recordkeeping skills Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly Ability to use electronic payment and accountability systems Strong attention to detail Professional communication and customer-service skills Ability to protect financial and Government information Ability to obtain required installation and system access Must be available for assigned meal periods, weekends, and holidays Duties Operate the dining facility cashier and headcount station Verify customer identification and meal eligibility Record each meal served accurately Process cash and authorized electronic payments Issue receipts and provide correct change Maintain cash drawers and accountability documents Reconcile cash, transactions, and headcount totals Enter or verify information in authorized systems Protect funds, records, passwords, and sensitive information Report discrepancies immediately Maintain orderly customer flow Provide courteous assistance to dining facility customers Prepare daily cashier and headcount reports RHTG39fVrb
