This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, cashiering, and hospitality while working with a dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha or Micros. Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Operate cash registers efficiently, handle cash transactions, and manage POS operations smoothly. Support food service activities including bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations. Follow proper food safety procedures and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure quick service delivery and a positive dining experience for all customers. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and retail math tasks. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while managing time efficiently. Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant procedures.
