Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic Team Member

Responsibilities Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy. Assist in food preparation and food handling to support kitchen staff in delivering quality meals promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests. Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation standards, including cleaning counters, equipment, and dining areas regularly. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food safety management practices at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage. Experience in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices within the food industry. Strong math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals. Knowledge of food handling procedures and restaurant operations to ensure compliance with safety standards. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving customers and maintaining cleanliness.
