Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, making change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly in a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions and register balancing Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters positive interactions Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving customers and preparing orders Previous restaurant experience or working within the food industry is highly desirable; experience in café or grocery store settings is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while developing your skills in the vibrant world of food retail!
