JOB SUMMARY A
cage cashier assists guests and Team Members with various cash transactions, while maintaining appropriate accountabilities for all transactions. Delivers customer service while performing transactions.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the Federal Cash Reporting Requirements required under Title 31. Transact exchanges. Process Table Fills and Table Credits to Table Games. Process Jackpots and Hopper Fills to Electronic Gaming Devices. Verify Cash turn-ins from operating departments. Verify various types of Cash pay-outs. Verify cashier's banks. Prepare daily bank deposits on revenue, as needed. Perform other tasks as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma/GED preferred Ability to be obtain and maintain Gaming License. Must be able to perform functions on a 10-key calculator and pass test. Must be able to obtain & maintain an active Illinois Gaming License. Ability to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Must be able to work in areas containing dust, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds and air quality. Must always present a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to read, write and speak English. Always display a high level of confidentiality and integrity. Capacity to work well with others and handle stressful situations with ease. Possess effective learning skills. Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period.
Salary Range:
$17.00 - $18.50 per hour (Depending on experience)
