Position Overview:
As a Loaner Coordinator/Cashier at McGrath Honda, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will be responsible for managing loaner vehicles, processing financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of a customer-focused team in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Manage loaner vehicle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and condition. Process customer payments, including cash, credit card, and check transactions. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of loaner vehicles. Maintain accurate cash and transaction records. Uphold dealership policies and procedures related to loaner vehicles and cashier duties.
Qualifications:
At least one year customer service or cashier role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Basic computer skills for data entry and transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures and technologies. Availability to work
