Duties Greet guests warmly and provide clear information about admission procedures and venue offerings Process cash, credit card, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately and efficiently using various payment systems Manage ticket sales, memberships, and event entries with precision and professionalism Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including manual handling and crowd control during peak times or outdoor events Assist with guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor at all times Support event setup and breakdown activities when needed, including heavy lifting and outdoor work responsibilities Maintain organized records of transactions, attendance logs, and safety incident reports Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles, ideally within event venues or hospitality settings Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience operating POS systems Strong communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Experience working with children or in environments requiring patience and attentiveness is a plus Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or Lifeguard experience are advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed Familiarity with safety protocols related to crowd management, food service, or outdoor activities enhances your suitability for this role Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
