Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the front counter Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision and integrity Assist in food preparation, including assembling orders and maintaining food quality standards Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, dining space, and food handling stations in accordance with sanitation standards Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Ensure all food industry regulations are adhered to, promoting a safe and hygienic environment Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly under pressure Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Experience with cashiering, upselling, and sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Basic understanding of sanitation practices, kitchen experience, or retail math is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable experiences for our customers through energetic service, teamwork, and dedication!
