Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys helping others, with experience in office management, clerical tasks, or customer support. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a welcoming attitude, managing multi-line phone systems efficiently. Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to keep office records accurate and up-to-date. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping, and maintaining a clean workspace. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally. Support administrative functions including typing reports, organizing files, and supporting team members with clerical duties. Use computer skills to navigate various software platforms, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication. Qualifications Previous experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are a plus. Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is beneficial for handling basic financial tasks. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Experience working as a receptionist or personal assistant, especially in medical or dental settings, is advantageous. Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
