Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and ensuring that our restaurant meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Must Be 21 years and above. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register or Aloha POS system. Buss tables and assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or point-of-sale systems like Aloha POS. Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in grocery store operations is a plus but not mandatory.
