Takeout cashier/ Front Counter Staff

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and friendly Takeout Cashier/Front Counter Staff to join our dynamic team! Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the front counter or call in orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Accurately take and process takeout orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts efficiently while maintaining accuracy and accountability Provide clear communication about menu items, specials, and order status to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area, including packaging orders neatly and efficiently Assist with answering phone inquiries using proper phone etiquette and guest relations skills Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and resolve any issues promptly Skills Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, Excellent communication skills to engage with guests clearly and professionally Experience operating POS systems to enter orders and process payments. Answer phone calls and take customer orders Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and cash handling procedures Weekend availability preferred Join us in delivering outstanding service that keeps our guests coming back!
