Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional manner Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity Conduct product demos to educate customers about new or featured items Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with popular products Upsell complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Manage inventory by stocking shelves, checking product availability, and reporting low stock levels Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support product knowledge sharing through engaging product demos and customer interactions Requirements Previous cashiering experience in a retail environment, preferably within a grocery store or specialty shop Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs Demonstrated supervising experience or ability to assist in team coordination when needed Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash register balancing and inventory management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately during transactions Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product presentation techniques Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries confidently Passion for retail sales, upselling techniques, and creating engaging shopping experiences Join us as a
