Duties Greet customers with a cheerful attitude and provide excellent service throughout their visit Operate cash registers accurately, handle transactions efficiently, and give correct change Assist in packaging donuts and baked goods with care and precision to maintain quality standards Support food production by helping with cake decorating, pastry assembly, and food preparation tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Answer customer inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and bakery offerings confidently Support kitchen staff during busy periods by assisting with basic food handling and catering preparations Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and hygiene standards Familiarity with bakery or pastry work, including cake decorating and food presentation skills is a plus Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as packaging and food prep Willingness to learn new skills related to baking, food production, and kitchen operations Prior experience in food industry roles such as catering or restaurant work is advantageous
