Job DescriptionJoin our exciting team at our Florence, United States location as a Sportsbook Cashier/Table Games Dealer. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our gaming operations, providing exceptional customer service while managing both sports betting transactions and dealing table games.

Process sports betting wagers and payouts accurately and efficientlyDeal various table games according to casino rules and proceduresMaintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customersEnsure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policiesHandle cash transactions with precision and integrityMonitor gaming activities for any suspicious behavior or irregularitiesProvide clear explanations of game rules and betting options to customersMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to create a positive gaming environmentAssist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptlyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid gaming license requiredExcellent cash handling and basic math skillsProficiency in dealing various table gamesUnderstanding of sports betting processes and terminologyStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracyKnowledge of gaming regulations and proceduresPrevious experience in casino operations or sports betting preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods and maintain focus in a high-energy environmentMust be at least 21 years of age. Additional InformationBoyd Gaming is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
