Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Patient Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, a passion for helping others, and an interest in cannabis education. As a Patient Consultant, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their wellness journey, ensuring they receive exceptional care and accurate product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and provide excellent, personalized service at all times Educate patients on products, pricing, and promotions while ensuring compliance with state regulations Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain balanced registers Support sales through product demonstrations, recommendations, and upselling when appropriate Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dispensary environment in accordance with company policies and state requirements Assist with daily operational tasks, including inventory upkeep, stocking, and facility maintenance Stay current on cannabis products, trends, and best practices through ongoing education Collaborate with managers and teammates on special projects and initiatives Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail or cashier experience Must be 21+ and able to pass a state-mandated background check Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong math skills and attention to detail in cash handling Excellent communication skills with a professional, team-oriented attitude Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for cannabis education and commitment to patient care Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours) Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs as needed Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch during shifts Comfortable using computer systems and point-of-sale equipment Employee Benefits Consistent scheduling Tips eligibility Overtime opportunities (including holiday pay) Employee product discounts Paid time off & paid sick leave Why Join The Post Dispensary?
