In this vital role, you'll handle customer transactions, manage inventory, and provide expert assistance to ensure our customers find the right parts for their vehicle needs. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a seamless shopping experience, supporting both retail sales and automotive service operations. Responsibilities Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash, credit, and electronic payments with precision. Assist customers in locating automotive parts and accessories, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on vehicle requirements. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing parts, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Maintain organized records of sales, orders, and inventory using Microsoft Office tools and inventory management software like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Support automotive repair and maintenance teams by fulfilling parts orders promptly and accurately. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring a positive interaction every time. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or automotive parts management; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and repair processes. Familiarity with inventory control, stock management, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual ability is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers or customers to secure favorable terms. Knowledge of automotive accessories sales, mechanical troubleshooting, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment and stock management. Ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining professionalism during busy periods.
