Service Manager/ Controller Position Summary Toyota South is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The Cashier serves as the first and last point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, courteous, and efficient. This role is responsible for processing payments, balancing cash receipts, assisting customers in person and over the phone, and providing administrative support to the dealership. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Accurately process payments for vehicle sales, service, parts, and other dealership transactions. Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily receipts at the end of each shift. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department. Assist customers with payment questions and general dealership inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier/reception area. Prepare daily deposits and support accounting procedures as assigned. File documents and perform general clerical duties. Follow dealership policies regarding cash handling, security, and customer confidentiality. Work collaboratively with the sales, service, parts, and accounting departments. Provide exceptional customer service that reflects Toyota South's commitment to excellence. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous cashier, customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred. Dealership experience is a plus but not required. Strong mathematical and cash-handling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment.
