This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately taking orders, handling payments, packaging food orders, and ensuring guests receive a great experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well under pressure, enjoys interacting with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities Greet customers with a positive attitude Accurately take food and beverage orders Operate Square POS system and handle cash/card transactions Package and verify food orders before delivery to customers Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and cooks Maintain a clean and organized service area Restock supplies, condiments, beverages, and packaging materials Assist with food truck setup and breakdown Answer customer questions regarding menu items and specials Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with catering and special events as needed Qualifications & Skills Previous cashier, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Dependable with reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods Team-oriented with a positive attitude Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, festivals, and special events Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within the company Fun and fast-paced work environment Opportunity to work festivals, weddings, corporate events, and food truck services Employee meal discounts

Schedule:

20-25 hours per week with additional hours available during festivals, catering events, and peak seasons.

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
