Overview Join our dynamic team as a Gas Station Attendant and Cashier, where you'll be the friendly face customers rely on for a smooth, positive experience. In this energetic role, you'll handle daily retail operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the convenience of our patrons. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently and safely Operate the cash register using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity Provide product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including stocking shelves and merchandising products Conduct basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards when assisting customers over the phone or in person Requirements Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery store or convenience store environments Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear information and excellent customer service Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required Knowledge of POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory control Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings or weekends Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to promote sales opportunities Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where customers feel valued!
