Responsibilities Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions with accuracy and speed Handle cash drawer operations, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily sales Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards to ensure the store is inviting and well-organized Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership capabilities within a retail setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing discounts or promotions Professional phone etiquette for handling customer questions over the phone or in person Skills (preferred) Prior cashier experience Domain knowledge on alcohol Customer service experience
