Ice Cream Scooper

As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will create a fun and inviting atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food industry. Duties Serve ice cream and other frozen desserts to customers with a friendly demeanor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area and dining space. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Assist customers in selecting flavors and toppings, providing recommendations as needed. Prepare food items according to health and safety standards. Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in a quick-service environment. Skills Previous experience in a café, grocery store, or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations within the food industry.
