Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos, and suggest additional items through upselling techniques Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are attractive and well-maintained according to merchandising standards Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support inventory management by stocking products and conducting regular stock checks Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming shopping environment Requirements Previous cashiering experience using POS systems is preferred Supervising experience in retail or grocery store settings is a plus Strong communication skills in both English and another language (bilingual) preferred Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environment is beneficial Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to upsell effectively Basic understanding of retail math for transactions and inventory management Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch service!
