Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Cashier / Greeter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service while efficiently managing transactions. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will set the tone for a positive experience at our facility. Duties Greet customers warmly as they arrive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere Operate our Car Wash specific POS systems to process payments accurately and swiftly Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and clear communication Assist guests with their questions about services, pricing, and wait times Maintain cleanliness of the greeting area to ensure a welcoming environment Support the team by coordinating guest flow and managing queues during busy periods Requirements Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction abilities Ability to stand, walk, and remain energetic throughout shifts Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive guest relations Join us to be part of a lively team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences!
