In this role, you will handle customer transactions, assist with garment transportation using trolleys, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Your positive attitude and manual handling skills will contribute to an efficient and welcoming experience for all customers. Duties Operate tailor for clothes alterations , transport garments between the cleaning area, customer pickup points, and storage areas efficiently and safely Assist customers with their laundry and dry cleaning items, providing friendly and professional service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including trolley stations and customer waiting zones Support garment finishing processes such as pressing or folding when needed Ensure proper manual handling techniques are followed to prevent injury during heavy lifting or transporting items Keep accurate records of transactions, deliveries, and garment movements Skills Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not required Knowledge of garment finishing, dry cleaning processes, or laundry operations is a plus Ability to operate pressing machines and other equipment related to garment care Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Familiarity with cleaning routines and maintaining hygiene standards in a retail environment Experience with cashiering systems and cash register operation Join us in delivering top-notch service while keeping operations running smoothly!
