Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
This associate will receive and deposit incoming checks and scan Accounts Payable information into our Liberty System. Also is considered primary backup to will call, receptionist, and mailroom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and deposit incoming checks. Cover time off for Will Call and Receptionist whenever necessary. Scan Accounts Payable information into Liberty System. Cover other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education High school degree or equivalent. Experience Minimum 1 year of high volume cash handling and processing experience. Professional Skills Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of an organization. Must have exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two- way communication. Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Solid problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
